Once synchronized, your ideas and associated actions can be prioritized, tracked and the operational or financial impact captured for reporting within Wave.
Wave Spark allows you to:
- Capture new ideas and initiatives for your program
- Record actions needed to accomplish initiatives
- Include attributes and descriptions for initiatives and actions
- Associate new or existing photos with initiatives or actions
IMPORTANT: You must already have access to McKinsey Wave to use this application. You will need your Wave user ID and password. If you have difficulties logging into Wave Spark, please contact the Wave Super-user at your organization.
